Magical Performance
My rating is on the performance which was absolutely magical. Stellar performers and set. The theater was a bit cold but I figured it was part of the "Frozen" experience :) Staff at the theater were very helpful in getting everyone seated in a quick and orderly fashion. My only complaint is, when did the magic of attending a theater turn into a night at the movies? Vendors parading up and down the aisles selling merchandise, food and drink in your seats, no dress code...Really? I have taken all my children since they were small and always made a big deal of it. We all dressed up in dresses, gowns and suits. Everyone spoke in hushed tones. It was a formal event as it was different than just going to watch a movie at the big screen. There were actual people performing for you and it was appreciated for its art. I didn't have anyone kicking the back of my seat or children screaming or spilling food and drinks in the rows. It's just disappointing to me in that respect. Overall experience was OK but again, performance was stellar.
